Day 3: Barcelona, Spain

We woke up, and had to make our first stop to Mercadona! This is the grocery store Jordan shopped at when he was a missionary.  He misses so much of the food he would buy here! He loved walking through the store and showing me what were some of his favorite things to eat.

These pastries were his favorites. They are a flaky pasty with chocolate inside.

We also bought some of his favorite candies!

Our next stop was to Park Guell. Park Guell is a garden complex designed by Gaudi.

Gaudi's famous multicolored mosaic salamander at the entrance of the park.

A refreshing drink of Fanta Limon!

For lunch we tried some Doner Kebab!

Mercat de la Boqueria

I loved walking around and seeing all the fresh fruit and meat!

We then explored The Bari Gotic area of Barcelona.

Finally found some churros and chocolate!

Gothic cathedral

We were getting good at finding our way through the city with our T10 passes!

Sagrada la Familia

I hope one day we will go back to Barcelona and it will be completed! I would love to see the finished product!
