New York {Day 3}

After grabbing breakfast at a local deli, we headed to CBS to audition to be in the audience for the David Letterman show.  They basically make you talk about yourself to 4 different people. Obviously, we tried to be as happy and excited about David Letterman as possible :)  Luckily, less than 30 minutes after we left we got a phone call that we were able to go to the show that night!

The largest Macy's. It was so nice inside and I could not believe how many floors it was!

We couldn't resist a lamb gyro from the street vendors!

Just visiting Justin Hales' office by Madison Square Park!

Enjoying our black-and-white shake from Shake Shack!

The flatiron building.

We took the metro back to Central Park for a brief walk through before we had to be at the taping for the David Letterman show.

We loved going to the taping! It was fun to see Letterman interact with the crowd before the taping.  Ray Ramano was our favorite guest, he was hilarious!

After the taping, we took the Metro to Brooklyn so we could walk over the bridge back to Manhattan. This was one of the highlights from our trip! It was such a cool view of the city at night.

Got to grab a pretzel on the way!

Just a short metro ride away, we visited the Manhattan temple.

Dinner was spent enjoying this Pastrami sandwich at Carnegie Deli! Ohhh, I can still taste those delicious pickles...

I love how half your pictures are about the sites, and the other half about the food. That pastrami looks delicious!
