Any tips on how to survive an 18 hour non-stop flight by yourself? Google tells me it's 8,258 miles from LAX to Thailand. I hope this is the longest flight I ever have to go on!

iPod, sudoku games, and hunger games book? I've never been on a flight that long, but I have been on a 3 hours flight with a 6 month old. Does that count?
