We started the weekend with the first USC football game of the season! It was a closer game then we would have liked with USC only winning by 2, 19-17.
It was probably the hottest day in LA, 80 degrees and 60% humidity. The crowd was dead by half time.
Jordan's school friend Chris got married in Hawaii this summer and had their wedding reception at Duke's in Malibu.
Duke's has prime property right off the beach! Jordan and I have fond memories of Duke's. After Jordan proposed at El Matador Beach in Malibu just a few miles north of the restaurant, we went and ate there for dinner :)

The food was amazing and I was so happy when I saw the dessert :) Macadamia Nut Ice Cream... if you ever go, it's totally worth it. When Jordan & went on the night we got engaged, they gave us a big slice of this ice-cream with one candle in it. 
Brett & Ashleigh invited us to the Angel's game on Monday night. It was a great game and we had a fun time catching up!

The ice cream looks amazing...I will have to try it. Have you tried pistachio-almond ice cream? Also amazing. And side note: you guys are wusses. 80 degrees and 60% humidity? Sounds rough (sarcasm).
