4th of July & Michael Jackson

We had such a fun 4th of July! Jordan and I went to "The Proposal" in the morning at the 3rd Street Promenade and went to lunch at Buca di Beppo. That night we went to Diddy Riese and ate the most amazing ice-cream sandwiches ever and then went to Hollywood Blvd and saw Micheal Jackson's star and the memorial people have made for him. After walking around and seeing the Kodak Theatre and Grauman's Chinese Theatre we drove up Mulholland Dr. to a lookout point directly next to the Hollywood sign and watched the fireworks over all LA. Where else but in LA could you do all this? Nowhere. And that is why I love LA :) Never leaving....
Jordan's chubby cheeks from his ice-cream sandwich :)
We are so cute together!

We stood in line to take these pictures for the sole purpose of one day telling our kids we did it. Really, we aren't huge Michael Jackson fans, but when you live in LA and the King of Pop dies, you better go take a picture by his star!
Blowing a kiss to George Clooney!
Transformers from the "Transformers" premiere.

Somehow ran into Elvis and Marilyn Monroe!
Sorry, bad picture, but that is just one of the MJ look-a-likes on Hollywood Blvd.

Watching all the fireworks. If the lighting was good you would be able to see all of LA and the fireworks going off everywhere. :)

Was that MJ look-a-like Jordan? Looks like such a fun weekend! (not as fun as last year when we set the trashcan on fire, but pretty close) haha

Looks like lots of fun! I guess living in LA does have it's advantages.

Do we live in the same country??? Do you feel like you are visiting a third world country when you come to visit? So glad you had such an awesome 4th of July. And a shout out to my bro, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Wish we could celebrate together. We could go cow tippin' or something, HA HA!
